Subsequently, he transitioned to the corporate sphere and served for more than 20 years. Throughout this tenure, he focused on providing independent advisory and financial services. He facilitated numerous enterprises/Corporates in raising funds through Debt Syndication and Financial Restructuring for both long term resources and Working Capital needs. Additionally, he offered advisory services in Mergers and Acquisitions of listed companies through Enterprise valuation.
He is also serving as an Independent Director in several Corporate entities and he is closely associated with our firm. Many of our clients have derived significant benefits from his services.
